Scope: Turnkey project including design, visualization, and execution of a 40,000 sq. ft. corporate office.
Location : Brigade World Trade Center, Infopark Campus, Kochi.

Located in Brigade World Trade Center, Infopark, Kochi, this office was designed for Williams Lea, a London-headquartered global leader in outsourcing services. The office layout is centered around 32 ODCs (Offshore Development Centers), each representing different client regions from across the world. The thematic interior design integrates global cultures, tourism, landmarks, and iconic personalities through graphics, colors, patterns, flooring, and intricate signage, making the workspace truly international. A key highlight is the Kerala-themed breakout zone with backwater-inspired elements. With biophilic design, vibrant graphics, and ergonomic workspaces, the project blends efficiency, creativity, and sustainability, setting yet again a benchmark in corporate design.
