Project Budget: ₹85 lakh
Timeline: Started in June 2024, completed in October 2024 (ahead of schedule)
Scope:Turnkey project – complete design and execution of the corporate office
Location : Tata EV Showroom, Edappally, Kochi. We had the privilege of executing the corporate office of Luxon Tata, India’s largest Tata EV showroom and South India’s first exclusive EV showroom, in Edappally, Cochin. With a luxurious reception, grand private lounge, high-tech conference and VC rooms, elegant dining, and efficient workspaces, every detail reflects sophistication. The space features a modern, functional design with premium flooring, ceiling, partition works and meticulous finishes. Our scope extended beyond interiors, ensuring a seamless and high-performance workspace. And ergonomic designs ensure both aesthetics and functionality, making this a benchmark in high-end corporate interiors, exuding innovation and refinement.

Skin Secrets
Project Budget: ₹1.25 crore
Timeline: Started in April 2024, completed in June 2024 (ahead of schedule)
Scope: Turnkey project – complete design and execution a celebrity dermatology and skincare clinic
Location : Skin Secrets Clinic, Edappally, Kochi. We had the opportunity to implement this milestone project, Skin Secrets, a skincare clinic in Edappally, Kochi, offering high-end dermatology, spa, hair care, and aesthetic treatments. Given its celebrity clientele, the design prioritizes trend-setting aesthetics, bold colors, and immersive interiors, creating an inspiring, lively atmosphere. The clinic’s biophilic architecture integrates natural light, enhancing its vibrant pink-to-white ombre tones, mosaic accents, marble finishes, and checkerboard patterns. The double-height lounge, stunning reception, and high-end pharmacy showcase a blend of elegance and functionality, setting a new standard in contemporary clinic design.

Scope: Turnkey project including design, visualization, and execution of a 40,000 sq. ft. corporate office.
Location : Brigade World Trade Center, Infopark Campus, Kochi. Located in Brigade World Trade Center, Infopark, Kochi, this office was designed for Williams Lea, a London-headquartered global leader in outsourcing services. The office layout is centered around 32 ODCs (Offshore Development Centers), each representing different client regions from across the world. The thematic interior design integrates global cultures, tourism, landmarks, and iconic personalities through graphics, colors, patterns, flooring, and intricate signage, making the workspace truly international. A key highlight is the Kerala-themed breakout zone with backwater-inspired elements. With biophilic design, vibrant graphics, and ergonomic workspaces, the project blends efficiency, creativity, and sustainability, setting yet again a benchmark in corporate design.

Scope: Turnkey project – complete design, visualization, and execution of the corporate office at Brigade World Trade Center, Kochi Infopark.
Location : Brigade World Trade Center, Infopark Campus, Kochi. We designed INERG’s corporate office to embody flow, movement, and collaboration. The minimalistic reception features exquisite furniture and a sculptural fin-clad countertop, echoing fluidity. A dynamic baffle ceiling mimics waves, enhancing spatial rhythm. The workstation area integrates biophilic elements, with planter boxes and a hexagonal ceiling resembling a honeycomb—symbolizing unity. Custom in-house furniture fabrication ensures seamless integration. The conference room boasts high-tech support for global meetings. A Kerala-inspired pantry, with tea stall-themed graphics and cargo boat-inspired furniture, adds local character. The cohesive color palette, balancing blues, greens, wood, and white, reinforces harmony and productivity in this meticulously curated workspace.
